Cuttable PCR heat-seal foil is specially made for cuttable PCR plates and is used with the GenFollower plate heat sealer. The foil is sealed over the plate using the sealer’s locating base, then used in PCR workflows.
- Made from aluminium foil and could be used as full-plate sheets or pre-cut strips.
- These cuttable seal foil is used for PCR and pre-aliquoted reagents.
- Recommended sealing parameters: 170–190 °C, 3–5 s.
- Stable at 60 °C for over 30 days.
- Withstands −0.1 MPa for at least 30 minutes.
- Resists common organic solvents, including DMSO; suitable for long-term storage at −80 °C.
- RNase- and DNase-free; available sterile (ethylene oxide-sterilised) or non-sterile.
