Greiner-style deep well plates meet SBS standards and are compatible with automated systems. When used with multichannel pipettes or high-throughput liquid handling instruments, they enable efficient sample processing—particularly in reagent transfer and nucleic acid extraction workflows.

Greiner-style plates are available in a 96-well, with V-bottom, U-bottom or flat-bottom options.

  • V-bottom plates expand the heating area and increase the heating speed.
  • U-bottom plates, on the other hand, are better for mixing samples efficiently, making them ideal for general sample prep and reagent handling.
  • Flat-bottom plates are perfect for experiments that require sedimentation or a stable, flat surface, like protein crystallisation. The flat base helps with clear observation and easy collection of crystals, and they’re great for use with microscope-based analysis.
