Thank you for choosing our E-series pipette tips. We’d like to clarify a few details regarding the complimentary LABUBU:
The LABUBU image on our homepage is for promotional purposes only. The actual LABUBU we send is a sealed blind box and does not include the clothing, trousers, or any accessories shown in the picture.
In general, orders over USD 2,000 are eligible to receive one LABUBU. If your order is significantly larger, you may request more from your sales representative. However, please note that we aim to control the quantity carefully, as Chinese customs have recently tightened regulations on LABUBU shipments. Sending too many may trigger an inspection and delay the delivery.
